\n\tSOUND of ELECTRONICS : An Advance Use of Synthesizers
\n\tThe event is a part of "Hear Here", the exhibition<\/a><\/p>\n

\n\tIn electronic music, mastering instruments with skill is an important process in experimenting with sound in a wide range of audio recording and processing equipment. These efforts help the musician develop their techniques as well as electronic music technology in its production. <\/span><\/a><\/div>\n
\n\t <\/div>\n
\n\tThis talk\/workshop will introduce advance use of modern\/traditional, digital\/analog electronic instruments and how to create unique sounds out of it by 3 artists who has different approach to compose music. This talk\/workshop is for all who are interested in electronic music as well as its production and sound design.<\/span><\/a><\/div>\n

\n\t\tKoichi Shimizu<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/div>\n
\n\t\tKoichi Shimizu, a sound and multimedia artist has involved wide-range of work including music composition and sound design for films\/TV commercials, multimedia art installation, live performance. He opened an art space\/gallery called SOL (Space of Liberty) to support local young artists and musicians by showing exhibition and organizing small concert. Since 2003, he has been running independent record label SO::ON Dry FLOWER presenting electronic and experimental music of both Thai and international artists. <\/span><\/a><\/div>\n
\n\t\t <\/div>\n
\n\t\tRobert Piotrowicz <\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n
\n\t\t(born 1973) is a polish sound artist, composer, and improviser.<\/span><\/a><\/div>\n
\n\t\tHe works within contemporary electroacoustic music field. Piotrowicz is an instrumentalist whose main tools are modular synthesizer and guitar. He's an experienced improviser, working with world's known artists. Composer, author of many solo projects (recordings, performances), interdisciplinary projects (scores for theatre plays, literary and radio projects) and abstract sound installations. He participated in many art events around the world.<\/span><\/a><\/div>\n

\n\t\tKijjaz<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n
\n\t\tA freelance pop, jazz, rock, and electronic music producer with special interest in music technology and experimental\/exhibition music. Past works: music composer\/arranger & keyboardist, guitarist, bassist, saxophonist in Monotone Group, music producer of Yai Monotone (Heavenday Afternoon) album, music producer and composer in Singto Numchok project.<\/span><\/a><\/div>\n
