\n\t\tLAURENT COUSON, conductor and composer<\/strong><\/div>\n
\n\t\t <\/div>\n
\n\t\tLaurent Couson has touched a number of trades over the 20 years of his career, alternating as a composer, writer, pianist or orchestra conductor.<\/div>\n
\n\t\t <\/div>\n
\n\t\tAt a very young age he graduated successfully from the Music Conservatoire of Tours (France) followed by the Conservatoire Supérieur de Paris and EcoleNormale de Musique de Paris. He started writing his works at Radio France, followed by Salle Pleyel, Théâtre des Champs Elysées, Théâtre de la Ville, and finally Carnegie Hall in New York.<\/div>\n
\n\t\tFor five years he served as an Associate Music Director of the Three Cultures Orchestra and Chorus based in Rabat and Seville, Spain. As a conductor he directed his own works with musicians of National Orchestra of France, Paris Opera Symphonic Orchestra, OrchestreLamoureux, National Orchestra of Prague, London Symphonic Orchestra, Orchestra of the Bulgarian Radio, Bucharest Symphonic Orchestra, Orchestra of Budapest, European Camerata and Orchestra of Andalusia.<\/div>\n
\n\t\t <\/div>\n
\n\t\tHe also performed as a pianist and arranger alongside many famous jazz and pop musicians such as Dee Dee Bridgewater, Didier Lockwood, Francis Lai, Régine, Liane Foly, Anggun, Michel Fugain, Marc Lavoine, Marianne James, Arielle Dombasle, Sylvie Joly, Louis Bertignac, Cecilia Cara, André Ceccarelli or Jean-Marie Ecay.<\/div>\n
\n\t\t <\/div>\n
\n\t\tHis writing talents promptly met his composing skills resulting in the creation and production of several successful musicals including "Anges et Démons", "Romeos et Juliettes" or "Monsieur Luxure", all of them critically acclaimed.<\/div>\n
\n\t\t <\/div>\n
\n\t\tResolutely returning to film music composition, he signed the original scores for a number of feature films including movies by Claude Lelouch, Luc Besson, Xavier Palud or NaeCarenfil, as well as many productions in China, where he gave out over a hundred live performances.<\/div>\n
\n\t\t <\/div>\n
\n\t\tHe also expressed himself as an actor, including the lead role in Claude Lelouch's motion picture "Ces Amours là" followed by "Salaud on t'aime" alongside Johnny Hallyday, as well as "Un plus une" alongside Jean Dujardin.<\/div>\n
\n\t\t <\/div>\n
\n\t\tSince 2015, he has been active as a Music Director and Conductor for South Asia Symphonic Orchestra and Bangkok Chamber Orchestra, as well as the CEO of South Asia Music Production.<\/p>\n
\n\t\t\tBANGKOK CHAMBER ORCHESTRA<\/strong> is composed by a new generation of young musicians in Bangkok. All of them are graduated from the highest music schools and playing with the best orchestras and musicians all around Asia. All this orchestra members are now working to record films music scores under Laurent Couson’s direction in Studio 28 in Bangkok. <\/div>\n
