The Joy of Living program in Thailand has 2 levels:<br \/>\nLevel II: Opening the Heart<br \/>\nLevel III: Awakening Wisdom<\/p>\n<p>In the second level of the Joy of Living, Mingyur Rinpoche teaches how meditating on love, compassion, jo and equanimity can open our hearts to the world around us and decrease the self-fixation that lies at the root of suffering.
