OFFSIDE 2026 is a thesis exhibition showcasing cutting-edge design works under the concept \u201cOFFSIDE the Line, Lead the Design.\u201d Presented by students from the Industrial Design Department, King Mongkut\u2019s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), the exhibition explores the courage to think ahead, experiment beyond convention, and take the lead in shaping the future of design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In this exhibition, \u201cOFFSIDE\u201d does not represent a mistake or violation in a sports game. Instead, it symbolizes the courage to think first, experiment first, and step beyond established boundaries\u2014becoming a game changer in today\u2019s rapidly evolving world. Each work in the exhibition reflects a design approach that dares to question, challenge, and break away from conventional frameworks, while moving boldly \u201cOFFSIDE\u201d toward the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This season, OFFSIDE 2026 brings together the works of eight design teams, each presenting unique and forward-thinking ideas across a diverse range of disciplines:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Product, Furniture, Ceramic, Textile, Packaging, Jewelry, Mobility, and Product-Service System (PSS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After more than four years of preparation, each team has spent years developing, experimenting, and refining their ideas. Today, every concept and every creation is ready to step onto the field and face the real world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The time has come to bring these ideas into the game\u2014and to invite audiences to step \u201cOFFSIDE\u201d with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
