Pratchaya Phinthong: received BFA from Silpakorn University and Meisterschuler (master pupil) with Prof. Tobias Rehberger, Städelschule (Staatliche Hochschule für Bildende Künste), Frankfurt am Main, Germany. He has participated in solo and group exhibitions including Who will guard the guards themselves? (gb agency, Paris/ Bangkok Art and Culture Centre, Bangkok, 2015); A piece that nobody needs (Lothringer13_halle, Münich, 2013); Broken Hill (Chisenhale Gallery, London, 2013); Pratchaya Phinthong (gb agency, Paris, 2012); Sleeping Sickness (Biennale d’Art Contemporain, La Criée, Centre d’Art Contemporain, Rennes, 2012). Currently, he lives and works in Bangkok, Thailand.
Chitti Kasemkitvatana: An artist and a curator who lives in Bangkok, Chitti Kasemkitvatana has a long standing interest in the relationship between actions and installations and the transmission of ideas across networks. Through his involvement with independent projects, About Studio/About Café as Curator (1997-99) and Messy Shop/Project Space as Co-founder and Messy Sky as Co-editor (2011-15) with Pratchaya Phinthong. He is now Curator in Residence with Mrigadayavan Palace, Cha-am, and King Vajiravudh Memorial Hall, Bangkok.

Master Lecture : Pratchaya Phinthong As part of the exhibition “What is not visible is not invisible: Selection from the 23 French Regiona Collections of Contemporary Art (FRAC)”, the BACC Exhibition and Education department present the Master Lecture conducted by Pratchaya Phinthong, a renowned Thai artist with his works in the collections of FRACs. In this lecture, the artist will share milieus behind the works, thoughts, process, and experience. The lecture will be also conversations between artists and the invited curator Chitti Kasemkitvatana to exchange views of works and contemporary arts. - Immediate source of acquisition or transfer
