BACC welcomes individuals and organisations who wish to hold events related to art and culture such as press conferences, lectures, seminars, meetings, workshops, film screenings, concerts, performances, and small exhibitions.

Spaces

Friends of BACC Room, 6th Floor: Medium-sized workshop room with an area of 120 square metres, accommodating 30-60 people. Suitable for workshops, meetings, small seminars, and performance rehearsals.

Auditorium Room, 5th Floor: With 220 seats and an area of 270 square metres, stage size 8x5 metres. Ideal for conferences, lectures, seminars, theatrical performances, music, and film screenings. — Auditorium Room, 5th Floor: With 220 seats and an area of 270 square metres, stage size 8×5 metres. Meeting Room 501, 5th Floor: Area of 80 square metres, suitable for meetings, workshops, and small seminars, accommodating 30 participants.

Meeting Room 502, 5th Floor: Area of 40 square metres, suitable for meetings, workshops, and small seminars. Accommodates 10-15 participants.

Meeting Room 503, 5th Floor: Area of 50 square metres, accommodating 10-15 people. Normally used as a reception room for VIP Guests.<br> — Meeting Room 503, 5th Floor: Area of 50 square metres, accommodating 10-15 people. Normally used as a reception room for VIP Guests.

Hall, 5th Floor: Area of 100 square metres adjacent to the Curved Wall on the 5th floor. Idea for opening ceremonies, exhibitions, or small discussions.

Studio, 4th Floor: A box-like space for a variety of activities including theatre, music, experimental art, live performances, and other creative activities. Area of 370 square metres, accommodating 100-200 people.

Meeting Room 401, 4th Floor: Area of 70 square metres, suitable for meetings, workshops, and small seminars, accommodating 30 participants.

Meeting Room 402, 4th Floor: Area of 27 square metres, suitable for meetings, workshops, and small seminars, accommodating 10 participants.

Curved Wall, 3rd-5th Floors: Wall space along the curved building area on the 3rd-5th floors, approximately 30 metres long. Suitable for exhibiting paintings, photographs, or installations that require minimal space.

Multi-function Room, 1st Floor: Area of 350 square metres, supporting various activities such as banquets, press conferences, and meetings, accommodating 100-200 people.

Hall, 1st Floor: Area of 180 square metres for art exhibitions, multimedia works, and installations, accommodating 100-200 visitors.

Corner Space, 1st Floor: Area of 50 square metres for art exhibitions, discussions, and small performances.

Hall, L Floor: Open space of 520 square metres, accommodating 100-200 people. Ideal for art exhibitions, multimedia works, and installations.

Open Space: The open area in front of the BACC is a large multi-purpose space suitable for outdoor activities such as concerts, films, and more. It has an area of 1,000 square metres and can accommodate 500-700 people.
