Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) together with Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (BACC), have joined hands in constructing ‘Bangkok Art City’. Website will launch its premier edition on November 1st, 2022.
“Bangkok will be full of colorfulness from arts, lights, and music fully three months.”
COLORFUL BANGKOK is a festival that will be held around Bangkok from November 2022 to January 2023. This festival will cover three parts: Creative Art in November, Lighting Festival in December, and Music Festival in January consecutively. COLORFUL BANGKOK is a part of the 12 monthly festival projects run by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) throughout the year. The aim is to create activities in public spaces for Bangkok dwellers and attract visitors from all over the country, including local and international tourists. BMA has the vision that this project will not only reinvigorate the quality of life in general but also boost the overall economy in Bangkok.
COLORFUL BANGKOK is the cooperation between BMA and public and private sectors from all around Bangkok joined forces to birth the creative endeavor to make Bangkok animated and a pleasant place to live for everyone.
Bangkok is a significant city and a center of large community arts and cultures. Bangkok is a location of galleries and art and culture exhibitions place. Moreover, in Bangkok, there are motivative economic policies for arranging festivals every month to stimulate the country’s circulated economy throughout the year. Besides, it aims to increase tourism in every festival area, especially this November which is the creative arts festival month. COLORFUL BANGKOK is an event that matches the policies of improving Bangkok to be an art and culture performance area, and supporting the Thai tourism industry.
