      Aging is an inevitable part of everyone’s life, regardless of age. This learning course invites participants to open their perspectives toward life’s changes, grounded in mindful awareness and contemporary meditation practices. The activities are designed to encourage reflection through personal experiences, addressing dimensions of the body, mind, spirit, and life experiences from the past to the present.
