Organizer : launch of Save the Children publication


Save the Children Sweden, Southeast Asia and the Pacific Regional office is launching a publication, “Living with Disasters and Changing Climate”, a recount of stories related by children in Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam, who have experienced the impact of disasters and climate change.


It is a chance for you to meet and learn from children who are participating in Child-led Disaster Risk Reduction project through games and exhibitions, organized by children.

You will have a chance to share your opinion through a panel discussion on “Children in a Changing Climate” moderated by DJ Fiat Greenwave 106.5 FM

Key speakers: Asst. Prof. Dr. Anond Sanidvong Na Ayuttaya, Director of Southeast Asia System for Analysis, Research Regional Centre, Chulalongkorm University; Terry Durnnian, Regional Advisor on Education and DRR, Save the Children Sweden Regional Office; Maharani Hardijoko, Programme Manager on Emergency and DRR, Save the Children in Indonesia; Wannaporn Petchpradap, Project Coordinator, Phayao Youth News Agency and Children Representatives.
