“Art for Help เครือข่ายศิลปะกู้เมืองจมน้ำ”
Art for Help Arts Network Saving Sunken Cities
Time: 10:00 am. to 9:00 pm.
Bangkok Art and Culture Centre in collaboration with Artists, Designers and general public organize an activity “ Art for Help” Arts Network Saving Sunken Cities” on Saturday 22nd October 2011 from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm at 1st and 2nd floor. The event is for raising fund in helping Flood Victims.
In the event, there will be music events by Lemon soup, Jui Juis, Monotone, Tue’sday, 4 min Museum, and poem reading by Tul Apartment KhunPa, and live painting by FOR artists.
Also, there are photo exhibition by Ananda Everingham, activities, seminar, lecture, and a workshop demonstrating how to make a life vest in 10 minutes by Design for Disasters and a workshop “Art Therapy” by experts from Council of Fine and Applied Arts Dean of Thailand and an exhibition about environment from Big Trees.
Moreover, there will be shops for selling artworks by young and established visual artists, T shirts by THAIGa, and books in discounted price by Publishing Houses such as OOM, Happening, Fullstop, Openbooks, and more all coming together in raising funds to help all those in needs.
