BAAF invite you to a lecture on 

“Common Identity Among ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community” 

by Sujit Wongthes and Made in SEA, with performances 

by the Pi Path Ensemble by Kru Somchai Tabporn from The Fine Arts Department, which will play music in 12 different languages. The songs will be sung by Kru Somchai Tabporn and Kru Prasat Tongaram

The lecture “Common Identity among ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community” will open up overall perspectives and disregard any territorial boundaries in order to view ASEAN region in a wide dimension. This perspective will allow us to step into ASEAN socio-cultural community where culture was onced shared as public property within the same lands, waters, and islands prior to any social reformation by political infrastructures. The unfolding story of legendary common identity will ignite innovations from people in the contemporary world. The Pi Path Ensemble will play music in 12 different languages, demonstrating Thailand's relations with other nations as well as small tribal and ethnic groups, which were interdependent during the transitional era.
