Workshop ‘Connecting ASEAN+’ Opens for Applicants

Friends-of-the-Arts foundation invites 150 ASEAN youths between 13-20 years old to participate in ‘Connecting ASEAN+’ 10-day free workshop focus on Dance / Movement/ Creativity / Mindfulness during 1st-10 May/ 1-11 July/ 10-21 Oct 2015

at Bangkok Art and Culture Centre.  

 

The purpose of this event is to encourage the youth to network, collaborate, and share their cultures and histories through the performing arts and creative activities. 

 

The participants will be introduced to various types of dances/martial arts and the art of thinking/ history and culture of 10 ASEAN countries. A chairperson of Connecting ASEAN+ committee, a prominent educator Mom Dusdi Paribatra Na Ayudhya will conduct Art of Listening which will open to public . 10-12  International  and Thai guest teachers will be invited to share their experienced and knowledge. All participants  will present their final performance to the general public on the lasay of the workshop.
