Marco Guidolotti, excellent saxophonist and very active soloist, won in 2010 the prestigious “International Massimo Urbani Award” reserved to saxophone players. He has been performing in tv programs, soundtracks and audio-visual sonorizations with among others Ennio Morricone, Armando Trovajoli, Luis Bacalov, Stefano Reali, Paolo Vivaldi etc… and in an international setting with Woody Allen, Bob Brookmeyer, Dave Liebman, Randy Crawford, and others. Active in major musical events and theatrical tours, Marco has performed in theaters all over the world and in several international jazz festivals.
 

With this performance he will pay a tribute to the great music of Gerry Mulligan and especially to the quartet with the trumpeter Chet Baker.
