According to Buddhism Belief, if you commit the good Kama when you are alive, you will be in the good place in the afterlife. On the other hand, if you commit the bad Kama, you will be in the bad place in the afterlife as well.  Therefore, everyone has their own last house to go back, different Kama, different term depends on your desire which kind of house you prefer to live.
