“Life Along the River” is the first exhibition of Vorasan Supap with Number 1 Gallery. He is the skillful artist who has gone through many exhibitions domestically and internationally.
The picture of the Eiam Jun boat that floats on top of the Chao Phraya river show stories of the past where Thai people has a relationship with the river from time to time by using the life of the people on the boat to communicate. There was a family consist of father, mother, children, and pet living together. When they eat they will eat together, shower on the boat, and sleep together; these will allow the parents to spend sometimes with their children and raise their children by their own way. Many things about people who live along the river can be seen through this picture. Bangkok even once known as Venice of the East before because the city was full of rivers with the simple lifestyle along the river is considered to the remarkable, warmth, peace, and freedom lifestyle. These are the inspiration of the artist Vorasan Supap to begin his remarkable art career through the 30 years’ time.
