Beyond Infinity ไม่ . รู้ . จบ .
Set to be an experimental platform, the 8th floor of Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (BACC) is where unexpected events will happen. Bangkok Art Biennale (BAB) opens this space to find out the hidden messages of ‘Beyond Bliss’ together with the publicthrough a set of activities– performances, music, artists and curators talks, symposiums, debates – which make use of a multiplicity of visitors’ viewpoints.
Over the course of three weeks, BAB, Marina Abramović Institute (MAI),and BACCpresented ‘A Possible Island?’, the 8 long duration performances alongside The Abramović Method whichhas formed the synergy between art, artists, and the public. With the core mission of MAI to enhance Performance Art, BAB continues to display the documentation of the 8 long duration performances, interconnected with architectural installations by The Association of Siamese Architects under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King (ASA). The architectural installation ‘Moving System Pavilion’ aims to provide a core space wherein the ongoing activities and performances can occur, notably a performance and video installation by Dujdao Vadhanapakorn. Other performance artists, including Bea Camacho, Taweesak Molsawat, Kawita Vatanajyankur, will be invited to partake in this infinite exploration, which strives to be a participatory platform where everyone can come to view, think, play, act, or rest.
