BRAZILIAN FILM FESTIVALIN BANGKOK- Music and Moving Images of Brazil

The Brazilian Film Festival “Sounds and Moving Images of Brazil”, an event celebrating 60th years of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Brazil will comprehend 6 films and documentaries depicting aspects of Brazilian society as well as the vigorous popular music of that country, through its composers, singers, music, dance and performance groups. The titles of the films are: 
– “A Música Segundo Tom Jobim”, documentary directed by Nelson Pereira dos Santos (Official Selection – Cannes Film Festival – 2012);
– “Tropicalia”, a documentary directed by Marcelo Machado;
– “Tim Maia”, a feature film directed by Calvito Leal;
– “Elis”, a feature film directed by Hugo Prata;
– “Dzi Croquettes”, a documentary directed by Tatiana Issa and Raphael Alvarez;
– “Noel, the Poet of Vila Izabel”, a feature film directed by Ricardo van Steen.
