Emotion and Awareness, a workshop by Teerawat ‘Ka-ge’ Mulvilai

B-Floor presents our first workshop after the COVID-19 lockdown. Many of us stayed home for many months, and the many emotions that struck and accumulated in us may still remain inside.

We invite you to come release your body and emotion in this workshop, where you will be led to the origins of your feelings and to relaxing and releasing them. The workshop process will be based on Rasa boxes and Laban technique.
Participants will learn through the nine basic emotions: Fear, Humor, Surprise, Disgust, Anger, Love, Courage, Grief, and Peace.
In the workshop, we will be moving, vocalizing, drawing and painting, touching different textures, smelling, and tasting – opening up all your senses through the eye, ear, nose, tongue, skin, and mind. You'll be guided to use your imagination and bring yourself into different emotions, and transform them into body movements to release, understand, appreciate, and become conscious of your own feelings

Time: Saturday, 1st August and Sunday, 2nd August (12:00-18:00)
Venue: Bangkok Art and Culture Center: Friends of BACC room (flr. 6) on day 1, and Studio (flr. 4) on day 2
