In a holistic world, starting from the basic happiness of all living creatures to the level of human realities in the ultimate sense. The color of happiness is meant to cover a natural phenomenon,  patterns of life and society, as well as the fantasy themes of individual. The Communication Arts Consortium realizes those various colorful reflections of all  happiness will help individuals, organizations and society be able to value of a common role in creating happiness for all life in society.
