In the exhibition “Negative Blooms,” Nakarin Punyawong explores the intersection of technology and nature by transforming familiar images of flowers into unfamiliar tones using digital manipulation. His works reflect the tension between the organic and synthetic, the real and the digital, inviting viewers to question how technology alters our perception of the natural world. Drawing inspiration from the cultural practice of sending flower images with greetings like “สวัสดีวันจันทร์,” the artist examines how digital media reduces nature to fleeting visuals, encouraging contemplation on the fragile coexistence of nature and technology.
