Bangkok stands out as a design-driven creative city, where people work creatively to drive cultural preservation, community development, and innovation, building opportunities, promoting equality, and ensuring sustainability as the city grows. “Creativity is the key to developing a valuable economy in society. Therefore, cultivating creativity in children and youth is crucial because it is an important task that will help create a workforce to replace and build upon the existing creativity, making the creative city sustainable. In addition, creativity is an essential foundation in designing cities that create quality of life for people in society, making the construction of future cities a genuinely creative process.
BACC pop-up is a creative space that recognises the importance of developing children and youth and fostering innovative cities. It provides a platform for children and youth to express their creativity through Art Camp activities under the ‘Creative City: Building a Better Future’ concept. This initiative instills the idea of jointly creating an environmentally friendly, creative city where people can live together happily under changes and social diversity. The resulting exhibition will showcase innovative ideas and sustainable city development, a testament to the creativity and potential of our young artists.
