Call for Volunteers and Trainees – Join the data collection for the BACC Visitor Survey 2025 – 2026 on visitor behavior, satisfaction, and perception at the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre.

BACC invites interested individuals to be part of a project to survey visitor opinions and behaviors. The data will be used to improve service quality and enhance the visitor experience in the long term.
Project Period
July 2025 – June 2026 Tuesday – Sunday, 13:00 – 19:30 hrs.
Participation Roles
Volunteer A minimum of 36 working hours throughout the project.
Trainee 36 hours of work per week (for a period of more than two months).
Required Qualifications
- No age limit and open to all nationalities
- Interest in arts and culture.
- Responsible, with good communication and interpersonal skills, enthusiastic, and open to exchanging ideas.
- Able to communicate in English (ability to use a third language will be given special consideration).
- Skills in data analysis will be given special consideration.
- Able to commute to the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre on scheduled workdays.
What you will gain as a Volunteer and Trainee
- Learn about the internal management system of the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre.
- Practice data collection, summarization, and analysis from the BACC Visitor Survey 2025 – 2026 project.
- Use work and document management tools such as Notion and Google Suite.
- Learn about fundraising, campaign planning, and development communication.
- Participate in various activities / workshops / talks at the BACC.
All participants will receive food and beverage vouchers for use at the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre, along with a certificate upon completion of their duties.
