Bangkok Art and Culture Centre invites youth aged 15–19 to break through creative boundaries through contemporary dance with the internationally renowned choreographic duo from the UK, James Pett and Travis Clausen-Knight. This dynamic workshop offers a unique opportunity to explore movement, spark imagination, and discover the body in new ways — no prior dance experience required.
In this workshop, participants will learn the fundamental techniques of contemporary dance while exploring the interconnected relationship between the mind, body, and space. They will discover how the body responds to rhythm and music, and building self-confidence through the creative process of developing choreography — both individually and in groups. This experience not only broadens their exposure to contemporary art but also strengthens self-expression and social skills in a safe and supportive environment.
