Freedom Beyond Walls
an exhibition of postcards and letters bringing hope to political prisoners.
Over 81 postcard artworks were submitted to the Freeratsadon Postcard Initiative 2025. We’ve selected works by our Human Rights Artists to share the voices of those deprived of freedom—and to affirm that freedom of expression and assembly is a human right for all.
Inside the exhibition you’ll find:
The Silenced Voices
Letters from political prisoners—meet them as individuals with dreams and passions just like us.
Postcards of Hope
Digital and hand-drawn artwork by artists, youth, and the public, interpreting our theme “Unchained Expression.”
Message of Hope
A creative corner where you can write a postcard of encouragement to send back to prison.
Box of Encouragement
Special notes from artists to artists, sharing solidarity and support.
Because every postcard carries intention and solidarity—let’s send them the courage to keep creating.
