ultra-short / Synopsis:
“The Empire of Harmony”
In a land of art where old Siam and new Thai converge with the western world.
The story of a young woman of mixed Thai and Western heritage who journeys from Tuscany to Bangkok in search of a deeper harmony between life and art—tracing a path that begins with the dome frescoes painted by Galileo Chini over a century ago, through the masterworks of Prince Naris, the “Great Craftsman of Siam” and a royal artist who served five reigns, to the legacy of Silpa Bhirasri (Corrado Feroci), the Florentine sculptor who laid the foundation of modern Thai art—ultimately arriving at the rhythms and realities of contemporary artists today.
