What if you could weave “good luck” into something you carry with you?
From 28 September – 4 October 2025, 10.00–19.00 hrs., the Education Department of Bangkok Art and Culture Centre, together with Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and Just Transitions Incubator (JUTI), as part of Bangkok Climate Action Week (BKKCAW), in collaboration with Beyond Living x Mook V and with support from Precious Plastic Bangkok, invites you to join the creative workshop “Plastic Waste – Lucky Charm” at Hall, 5th floor, BACC.
Through this activity, #bacc seeks to highlight the possibilities of environmental design through recycled materials. Not only will you engage your imagination, but you will also create your own lucky charm bracelet to take home as a unique keepsake. The process is designed by Ploenchan Vinyaratn (Mook) — artist and founder of Beyond Living Co., Ltd. — who transforms discarded textiles and materials into large-scale mixed-media artworks, revalued through recycling to reflect the fragility of ecosystems and humanity’s impact on nature.
Her work is also featured in the exhibition “Interstice: between what is and what must be so”, on view at the curved wall, 5th floor, BACC — inviting visitors and participants alike to rediscover the hidden value of discarded materials and to reflect on the environment that surrounds us.
– Register at the Hall, 5st floor before the activity
