BACC Education Department, in partnership with Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel, invites everyone to join the activity “Where the Story Begins: Stories Behind the Mural with Phaptawan Suwannakudt” on Saturday, 22 November 2025, from 14.00 to 17.00 hrs. at Main Exhibition Gallery, 9th floor, BACC, and Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel.
This special event marks the finale of the exhibition “Until We Meet Again”, a dialogue between Helen Grace and Phaptawan Suwannakudt, taking participants on a journey back to the beginnings of artist Phaptawan Suwannakudt’s story. Through conversation and visits to two art sites reflecting different periods of her career—from BACC to Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel, where the artist first began creating murals—the event explores her artistic development.
It was at the hotel that Phaptawan was commissioned to continue the work of her father, Paiboon Suwanakudt (aka Tan Kudt). The large-scale mural, over 100 square meters, became the foundation of inspiration that continues to grow in her current works. The activity concludes with a warm and engaging discussion with the artist, allowing participants to share thoughts and reflections.
