Bangkok Art and Culture Centre invite you to go on a journey to “catch” the moon hidden within works of art through the Exhibition Trail Moon Quest – Tracing Symbols in Chatchai’s World.
This learning material is designed to accompany your visit to the exhibition Catch the Moon l Chatchai Puipia l The Caught Years, currently on view at the Main Exhibition Gallery, 8th Floor, BACC.
Through a series of guiding questions, the Exhibition Trail invites you to slow down and explore identity, traces of memory, and artworks rich with layered meanings. It encourages you to spend more time with each piece—looking closely and attentively—while developing your skills of observation, interpretation, and creative thinking. Like a companion walking alongside you through the exhibition, the trail gently prompts you to notice what you may have never seen before, and to discover meanings you may not have known.
…And perhaps, when you finally reach the end of the journey and turn to the last page, the “moon” you hold in your hands will be filled with many meanings—no longer just a star in the sky.
**Exhibition Trail: Moon Quest – Tracing Symbols in Chatchai’s World available free of charge from now until 15 February 2026 at the entrance of the Main Exhibition Gallery, 8th Floor, BACC.
