UOB Please Touch

Art has the power to tell stories, convey emotions, and bring people together. Yet for persons with visual impairments, experiencing the beauty and meaning of art can still be challenging.

UOB Please Touch is founded on a simple belief: everyone should have equal access to art. Through this initiative, selected artworks from the UOB Painting of the Year competition have been transformed into three-dimensional bas-relief sculptures, creating an opportunity for persons with visual impairments to explore, imagine, and experience the stories, inspiration, and details behind each work through touch.

Because the power of creativity belongs to everyone. When barriers to access are reduced, art becomes a bridge that connects people and brings hearts closer together. It reminds us that the beauty of art is not only something to be seen, but also something that can be perceived, understood, and felt through the senses and the heart.
