BACC invites everyone to join the closing talk of the exhibition Early Years Project #9: Actions Speak Louder?, EYP#9 – “Meet the Judges”, on Saturday, 12 September 2026, from 15.00 – 17.00 hrs. at the Main Exhibition Gallery, 7th Floor.

The discussion brings together the EYP#9 judges to share their perspectives on the selection process and the artistic development of emerging artists—from the goals and concepts behind the project through the stages of creating and installing their works. The session offers an opportunity to exchange perspectives and practical advice with emerging artists, both current participants and those interested in applying for the next edition. The programme will also celebrate the three recipients of the THB 100,000 reserve fund awards, along with opportunities for international networking and exchange.

The panel features Penwadee Nophaket Manont, Head of Exhibition Department / Chief Curator of Bangkok Art and Culture Centre; Asst. Prof. Wutigorn Kongka, an artist, curator, and lecturer in the Department of Fine Arts, Faculty of Architecture, Art and Design at King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology, Ladkrabang; Angkrit Ajchariyasophon, a visual artist, former

independent curator, and co-founder of art spaces: Angkrit Gallery and ARTIST+RUN; and Unchalee Anantawat, an artist, co-founder of Speedy Grandma, and lecturer in the Communication Design Department at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi.

The discussion will be moderated by Narongsak Nilkhet, Head of Education Department, Bangkok Art and Culture Centre.
