September 12–13: Come Home and Remember 36 Years of Seub Nakhasathien

Some homes are more than places for us to live. They are home to wildlife, trees, rivers, and countless other lives.

To mark 36 years since the passing of Seub Nakhasathien, we invite you to come home once again — and explore the stories of forests, Huai Kha Khaeng, the sea, wild elephants, and a changing natural world.

And along the way, we will ask a question that matters more than ever: **How much nature do we still have left to protect?**

Starting at 10:00 AM

The day begins with a World Heritage documentary screening, followed by conversations that take us from the perspectives of birds, the sea, and people whose voices are rarely heard, to the story of Huai Kha Khaeng — a home for wildlife, and a home we all share.

We will close the day with live music from **Thai Trong** and music inspired by the forests of Huai Kha Khaeng.

We continue the conversation around the future of nature — from searching for what remains of our natural world, to EIA/EHIA and the country’s development, as well as lessons from human-elephant conflicts and the Khlong Wang Toed Nok Reservoir project.
