The exhibition “Safety in mind” explores the idea that a “Safe Zone” is a place where one feels secure, at ease, and free from judgment—whether it is a private room or a favorite quiet corner in a cafe. For me, all I need is a small corner facing a wall: a space to be with myself, reflecting on past words and actions through the elements of an ordinary home. Traces and textures weathered by time on the wooden surfaces reveal a unique character and charm. Through delicate woodcarving techniques that capture these fine tactile details, the work celebrates the natural aesthetics.
