Thai Trends from Localism to Internationalism
Bangkok Metropolitan Administration organizes “Thai Trends from Localism to Internationalism” to be the most important art exhibition in the Thai art history of the decade
Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) by the Culture, Sports, and Tourism Department announces “Thai Trends from Localism to Internationalism” to mark the grand exhibition of seven decades of Thai art. The exhibition consists of presentation of various fields of art created in the reign of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej along with chronology of significant events on Thai art, artists’ talks and academic seminar. The exhibition is on view at Bangkok Art and Culture Center (bacc) from August 30 to November 4, 2012.
