This visionary initiative aims to nurture an international conversation on the evolution of arts and cultural policies, thus serving as the cornerstone for a thriving and sustainable art ecosystem in Thailand.

In this first edition of the program, join us for a discussion titled "On Building the West Kowloon Cultural District: A 20-Year Journey" with the Honourable Bernard Charnwut Chan, a distinguished figure with over 25 years of experience working with the Hong Kong Government and extensive experience in leading public institutions. His notable roles in the Hong Kong arts and culture sector include serving as the Vice Chairman and Board of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, Chairman of M+ Museum, Chairman of Tai Kwun Culture & Arts Co Ltd, Chairperson of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service, and Executive Vice Chairman of Our Hong Kong Foundation. In this engaging conversation, it is our privilege to have Prof. Dr. Apinan Poshyananda the Artistic Director and Chief Executive of the Bangkok Art Biennale, join Mr. Bernard on stage. Dr. Apinan's distinguished career includes serving as the Director-General of the Office of Contemporary Art and Culture, Director-General of the Cultural Promotion Department, and the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Culture, Thailand.
